When German consumers choose to pay by giropay, they are redirected to their familiar online internet banking package to confirm their payment information. We process the transaction in real-time and transaction feedback is provided immediately to us. A real-time confirmation message is provided to both you and your customer with the payment status. It should be noted that the consumer only sees a summary of the transaction on the bank’s web pages, not on your website.
